On the 27th of August, the winners of the CANSO PBY flight from the draw during the NAC 2024 Battle of the Atlantic Gala Dinner took to the skies over Ottawa.  The four winners  and their guests were met at the Skyservice facility at the Ottawa International Airport by the pilots and crew from the Canadian Warplane Museum, based in Mount Hope, Ontario.

The flight team, led by John McClenaghan, took the winners in two groups for a 30 minute flight over Ottawa.  The first group included LCdr Craig Cook, Dan Kearns, Brenda Rodriguez and guest Capt(N) Juan Horacio Marquez Frias (Defence Attaché, Mexico).  This was followed by the  second flight which included Debra Baiden, Paul Baiden, Ian Mauchan and William Mauchan.
