Association navale du Canada

NOVA SCOTIA BRANCH

Built on a base of retired and serving naval personnel of all ranks, NAC-NS welcomes as members all those interested in working to ensure Canada has the Navy it needs.

NAC NOVA SCOTIA

Welcome to the Nova Scotia Branch of the Naval Association of Canada (NAC-NS).  Membership is open to all who are interested in the welfare and support of Canada’s Navy – whether serving, retired, or civilian - no matter their rank.

NAC-NS is composed of members who are ready, willing and able to actively and effectively take steps in support of one or more of the Naval Association's three objectives:

  • the need for a capable Canadian Navy,
  •  the need to recognize and preserve Canada’s maritime heritage,
  • and the expression of naval camaraderie and mutual assistance.
Memberships can be established and donations made here.  Please visit our personal site for more details of our organization and pictures of our Navy at work for us!

ONLINE MEMBERSHIP FEATURES

Membership management for different classes and dues structure, as well as all financial arrangements (registrations, annual renewals, event fees, donations, etc) are usually managed locally by the respective Branches.  As all memberships are maintained in a shared national database and format, Branch memberships are automatically recognized Nationally without further reporting necessary.

NAC NS is in transition to operating directly in this onlline integrated membership management system.  Branch members will, ultimately, be able to use all of the online features available nation-wide including annual renewals, event event registrations, and direct payment functions - including donations.   Member online activities  are automated and applied immediately.
