On 2 December Rear Admiral Casper Donovan, Director General Future Ship Capabilities (DGFSC) will address the Naval Association of Canada Ottawa Branch. RAdm Donovan will provide his thoughts on new capabilities, future developments and the need for innovation as the RCN prepares for transition to operations with the Arctic Offshore Patrol Ships, Joint Support Ships and the Canadian Surface Combatant.
