HMCS CARLETON’s Commanding Officer, Cdr Chris Knowlton, will provide an overview of the activities being planned to honour this achievement across the country--and at CARLETON, including a timely brief on the revitalization project of the National Naval Reserve Monument located at Dow’s Lake in Ottawa.
