The Naval Association of Canada (NAC) and the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) will once again host the Battle of the Atlantic (BOA) Gala Dinner after a five-year hiatus. As in the past, we will honour those who served in the RCN, the Royal Canadian Air Force, and the Canadian Merchant Navy during the Second World War’s Battle of the Atlantic, as well as the Korean War.  We will also celebrate an important milestone anniversary, namely the Centennial of the RCN Naval Reserve. The sailors of the Naval Reserve played an important role in past world conflicts and continue to do so to this day.

Dress :  Black Tie or Mess Dress

 Program

1800 - NAC hosted pre-dinner reception in the foyer of the Canadian War Museum 

1900 - Hands to Dinner in the LeBreton Gallery

2200 - Dinner concludes, coffee and refreshments will be available until 2300

Music will be provided by the

National Band of the Naval Reserve / Musique nationale de la Réserve navale

 Other Information

A seating plan will be posted once registration is closed.

Requests to be seated near other guests may be included on the registration form.  

The NAC is arranging a photo booth for those interested in a memento of the evening.     

                 A roving photographer will also join us for the evening.

Free Parking will be available in the War Museum Underground Parking Garage, which provides 

elevator access to the main floor Reception and Dinner.

served with Celeriac puree, watercress salad and grilled lemon

Butternut Squash Ragu (Vegan)

served with zucchini, red onions, spiced basmati, salsa verde and crispy chickpeas

Wine
